Automotive Detailer – Parsons of Antigo

Parsons of Antigo is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join Team Parsons!

If you take pride in making a vehicle look its absolute best and like working with a team that works hard, helps each other, and has some fun along the way, we’d love to talk to you.

And there’s a pretty big perk to this position: you’ll be working in our brand-new shop!

Our new facility was designed with plenty of room to work efficiently, stay organized, and keep vehicles moving. Just as importantly, you’ll be part of a true team environment where everyone works together to get the job done and deliver a vehicle we’re proud to put the Parsons name on.

As an Automotive Detailer, you’ll help make sure our vehicles and customer vehicles are clean, polished, and ready to impress.

Your day may include:

• Washing and detailing vehicle interiors and exteriors

• Vacuuming, cleaning windows, upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces

• Buffing, polishing, waxing, and completing other exterior detailing as needed

• Preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for the lot and customer delivery

• Helping keep vehicles moving efficiently through the detail department

• Maintaining a clean, organized work area

• Caring for dealership and customer vehicles as if they were your own

• Working alongside the rest of Team Parsons to help wherever needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in their work and notices the little things

• Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality

• Is dependable and ready to work each day

• Enjoys being part of a team

• Can manage multiple vehicles and priorities in a busy dealership environment

• Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record

• Has detailing experience—or is willing to learn how we do things at Parsons

Experience is great, but attitude, work ethic, and pride in your work matter just as much.

We want Parsons to be a place where good people can do good work, be appreciated for it, and enjoy the people they work with.

At Parsons of Antigo, you'll have:

• A brand-new, spacious shop built to help you work efficiently

• A team that works together instead of everyone working on their own island

• Steady work in a busy dealership environment

• The tools, space, and support to do quality work

• Competitive pay and benefits

• Opportunities to learn, grow, and build a career with Team Parsons

Our detail department is the last set of hands on many vehicles before they reach our customers. That makes this job important. When a customer sees their new vehicle for the first time—or gets their vehicle back looking better than when they dropped it off—you get to be part of creating that experience.

If you're dependable, take pride in a job well done, and want to work in a great new facility with a team that has your back, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and come see what it's like to be part of Team Parsons at Parsons of Antigo.
