The Lead Teacher will design and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, create a nurturing and inclusive classroom, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include leading daily instruction, assessing student progress, collaborating with assistants and school staff, communicating with families, maintaining classroom routines, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
