This is a leadership role for a strategic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial fundraiser who can build strong relationships, open new doors, develop a strong regional fundraising program, and turn ambitious conservation priorities into compelling opportunities for philanthropy.

  • Lead, develop and contribute to proposals, grant requests, donor communications, briefings, and other fundraising materials.
  • Coordinate with fundraising colleagues nationally on relationships and opportunities that cross regions, programs, or organizational priorities.
  • Represent TCF with donors and funders through meetings, site visits, events, and other engagement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely donor strategies, activity, and relationship information in TCF’s CRM.
