General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (Confidential)

Location: Henderson, NC

Pay: Starting at $58,000/year, negotiable based on experience, plus bonus program

Type: Full-time, Salaried (Exempt)

Self Opportunity Inc. is recruiting for an established multi-unit quick-service restaurant organization. They need an experienced General Manager to run one restaurant from top to bottom.

What You'll Do

\n
• Lead daily operations to hit quality, service, cleanliness, speed-of-service, and accuracy standards
\n
• Own the restaurant P&L: sales forecasting, labor scheduling, food and paper costs, and controllable expenses
\n
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and crew
\n
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash control, and loss prevention
\n
• Keep the restaurant compliant with food safety, health, security, and employment regulations
\n
• Handle employee relations and resolve guest issues
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Experience with a major national QSR brand is required.
\n
• 2+ years of QSR management experience, including 1+ year at Department Manager level or higher
\n
• ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days
\n
• Comfort reading financial reports and acting on them
\n
• Proficiency with POS and scheduling systems
\n
• High school diploma or GED
\n

Schedule and Environment: The schedule rotates and includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires 8+ hours on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
